Privacy Policy & Terms of Service for Portal Premium
This document governs your access to and use of Portal Premium, including voucher purchases, voucher activation, account access facilitation, payment handling, user responsibilities, privacy practices, restrictions, and service limitations. By purchasing, activating, accessing, or using any Portal Premium service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these terms.
Privacy Policy
- Portal Premium collects and processes only the information reasonably necessary to provide, verify, protect, and improve the service. This may include purchaser name, voucher code, purchase status, payment confirmation data, device or browser association data, service usage records, security records, and support-related communications.
- Your information is used to process purchases, validate voucher entitlement, maintain one-device usage restrictions, prevent fraud or misuse, respond to support inquiries, enforce these terms, maintain service integrity, and comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
- Portal Premium does not sell, rent, or trade user personal data. Information may be shared only with service providers that are necessary to operate the service, such as payment processors, hosting providers, security providers, or administrative tools, and only to the extent required for those purposes.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that any information they provide is accurate, current, and lawful. Portal Premium is not responsible for failed delivery, failed verification, loss of access, or transaction issues caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or unauthorized user-provided information.
- Portal Premium may retain transaction, voucher, security, and service records for as long as reasonably necessary for business operations, dispute handling, fraud prevention, compliance, and enforcement of these terms.
- No online service can guarantee absolute security. Portal Premium applies reasonable safeguards, but users acknowledge that digital services, browsers, devices, networks, payment providers, and third-party platforms may involve risks outside Portal Premium's direct control.
Strict No-Refund Policy
- All purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a voucher order is created, paid, delivered, activated, attempted to be used, or otherwise made available to the user, Portal Premium will not provide refunds, reversals, credits, exchanges, extensions, chargeback support, or compensation.
- No refund will be granted for user error, mistaken package selection, duplicate purchase, unused access time, delayed activation, device changes, browser changes, local incompatibility, poor network conditions, loss of voucher files, loss of voucher code, user negligence, failure to follow instructions, or dissatisfaction after purchase.
- No refund will be granted if access is interrupted, reduced, degraded, modified, suspended, or discontinued because of third-party platform changes, payment-provider issues, maintenance, service availability changes, policy changes, account limitations, regional restrictions, browser updates, security measures, or circumstances outside Portal Premium's control.
- If Portal Premium, in whole or in part, pauses operations, ceases operations, closes, shuts down, changes ownership, discontinues a package, removes a supported offering, or permanently stops providing the service for any reason, users are not entitled to any refund, credit, replacement, extension, compensation, damages, or reimbursement for unused voucher time or expected future access.
- If a user violates these terms, shares access, attempts resale, bypasses restrictions, abuses the service, causes risk to the service, or is reasonably suspected of misuse, Portal Premium may terminate or restrict access immediately without refund or compensation.
- Any payment dispute, chargeback, reversal attempt, or false claim may result in immediate access termination, voucher cancellation, refusal of future service, and preservation of relevant transaction and usage records for dispute handling.
Terms of Service
- Portal Premium provides limited-time voucher-based access facilitation. A voucher is not a sale of ownership, account credentials, software ownership, permanent subscription rights, or any right to bypass the terms of third-party platforms.
- Voucher duration, package value, availability, supported services, pricing, and access scope may vary and may change at any time. The user is responsible for reviewing the selected package before completing payment.
- Each voucher is intended for one authorized user and one active device or browser environment unless Portal Premium expressly states otherwise. Sharing, reselling, transferring, leasing, pooling, or publicly distributing voucher access is strictly prohibited.
- The user is solely responsible for safeguarding voucher codes, downloaded voucher files, browser access, device access, and any local environment used to access the service. Lost, exposed, stolen, shared, deleted, or mishandled vouchers are not eligible for replacement or refund.
- Portal Premium may suspend, restrict, revoke, or terminate access without refund if misuse, abuse, suspicious activity, unauthorized sharing, automated use, commercial resale, policy circumvention, or violation of these terms is detected or reasonably suspected.
- Users must use the service only for lawful, personal, and non-abusive purposes. Any use that harms Portal Premium, other users, payment providers, service providers, third-party platforms, or the stability and reputation of the service is prohibited.
Service Availability & Third-Party Services
- Portal Premium depends on internet connectivity, payment providers, browser environments, user devices, and third-party platforms. Availability may be affected by maintenance, outages, policy changes, access restrictions, account limitations, regional conditions, or events outside Portal Premium's control.
- Portal Premium does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, permanent, or identical access to any particular third-party service, feature, region, content, performance level, account state, or platform availability.
- Third-party services are owned and controlled by their respective providers. Portal Premium is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with those third-party providers unless expressly stated in writing.
- The user must comply with all applicable laws and with the rules, terms, and acceptable-use policies of any third-party platform accessed through or in connection with Portal Premium.
- Temporary interruptions, service adjustments, provider-side changes, browser limitations, payment delays, network issues, or changes to supported offerings do not create a right to refund, compensation, package extension, or replacement.
Prohibited Conduct, Enforcement, and Changes
- Users may not attempt to resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, share, automate, overload, interfere with, reverse engineer, tamper with, bypass restrictions, impersonate others, commit fraud, perform unauthorized access, scrape, abuse support channels, or use Portal Premium for unlawful or harmful activity.
- Portal Premium may monitor service usage for security, abuse prevention, dispute handling, and policy enforcement. If Portal Premium determines, in its sole reasonable discretion, that a user has violated these terms, access may be limited, suspended, revoked, or permanently terminated without refund.
- Portal Premium may update prices, packages, service descriptions, availability, supported offerings, user requirements, purchase rules, privacy practices, and these terms at any time. The latest published version applies immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated.
- Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users who do not agree with the current terms must stop using the service.
Disclaimers
- The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Portal Premium makes no warranty that the service will meet every user's expectations, remain available at all times, work on every device or browser, or provide uninterrupted access.
- Portal Premium does not guarantee that any package, supported offering, third-party platform, feature, content, region, account condition, access method, or compatibility condition will remain available, unchanged, or usable for the full voucher duration.
- Portal Premium is not responsible for user-side device issues, browser settings, network instability, user negligence, payment-provider delay, third-party platform actions, regional restrictions, maintenance, service closure, misuse of vouchers, or failure to follow instructions.
- Examples, descriptions, supported-service lists, package labels, prices, durations, availability statements, and promotional materials may be updated, corrected, limited, paused, discontinued, or removed at any time without creating refund or compensation obligations.
Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Portal Premium and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, expectation-based, or loss-of-benefit damages related to the purchase or use of the service.
- Portal Premium shall not be liable for lost time, lost access, unused voucher duration, service interruption, delayed availability, package changes, discontinued offerings, third-party platform actions, account limitations, or service closure.
- Portal Premium shall not be liable for claims arising from user misuse, shared access, resale, unauthorized transfer, failure to protect voucher information, failure to follow instructions, local device conditions, or use that violates applicable laws or third-party terms.
- If liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, Portal Premium's total aggregate liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific voucher transaction giving rise to the claim, excluding legal fees, penalties, consequential losses, and expected future value.
User Acknowledgement
- By purchasing, activating, or using Portal Premium, the user confirms that they are legally capable of entering into these terms, have reviewed the selected package, understand the no-refund policy, and accept the risks and limitations of digital access services.
- The user acknowledges that access is conditional, limited, non-transferable, and subject to compliance with these terms. Any failure to read or understand this document does not release the user from its obligations.
